How do I get a quote?
Please submit the quote request form on our Quotes page for a quote within 24 hours.
What are your hours of operation?
Customer service and pick up hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday.
Do you charge a screen/set up fee?
We do not charge screen fees for standard prints. Oversized screens are $20.00 per screen.
How do I place an order?
First you will need to request a quote. Once you approve your quote and place a deposit of 50% we will submit a proof for you to approve. Once you have signed off on the proof we will begin your order.
How long will it take to complete my order?
Most orders take 7 - 10 days to complete from the time we have your deposit and you have approved your proof. Some finishing services and specialty print styles may add additional time to your order. This does not include shipping time. Contact us today for current turn around time.
What type of art/design file do you need from me?
All files must be vector art or at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, & .AI. Once received, we will check the art to make sure that it is print ready. We prefer if you allow us to do the seperations on the art. Please send all artwork to info@legacymerch.com.
What if I do not have a design?
Check out our recommended artists page for help with your design.
When do art/design fees apply?
Art fees apply when the art you provide us must be re-worked into a printable format. Our standard art fee is $20.00 per half hour.
What size will my print be?
Our maximum print area is 16'' x 20''. Most t-shirt images are 11" to 12" across the chest, but it is up to you to decide how big you want your design to be, and your artwork should be created at the size you wish to have it printed at.
Can I see a sample of my t-shirt before you print it?
We will email you a mock-up of each design for you to approve before we print. The mock up will simulate the shirt color, design color(s), and scale of the design.
How many colors can you print on my shirt?
We can print up to seven colors on your garments.
Do dark shirts cost more?
Yes, dark shirts are more expensive to buy blank and a white underbase must be printed first for colors to remain bright on dark shirts. A one color print on a dark shirt is considered a two color print.
If I reorder the same design will I get a discount?
Even if we have printed the same design before it will still take the same amount of time and labor to produce the order again, so we do not offer discounts on reorders. We offer price breaks at 36, 50, 100, 200, and 500 pieces.
