Order Process
To ensure the quickest turn around on your order be sure to follow these guidelines. Delays in steps 1-2 will mean delays in the turn around time of your order.
1. Once you have received a quote you must approve it and agree to our Terms & Conditions. Our invoicing system will provide a link that will take you to a page where you may accept the quote.
2. Submit your deposit. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and checks. *Without your deposit we will not process your order.
3. Approve your proofs. Once we have your deposit we will produce a proof for your approval. The proof will include all the details of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that all details are correct before approval. *Legacy Merch is not responsible for mistakes in the layout, color assignments, print locations, text, etc, that have been approved by the customer.
4. Once the order is printed we will check the garments for any misprints and pull them from the order. Please allow for up to 5% in total misprints. If you need exact numbers be sure to order extras.
5. Once your order has been checked and packaged we will bill you for the balance. Once the balance is paid your order will be shipped or made available for pick up.
*Standard turn around time is 7-14 business days. This does not include ship time. Finishing Options May Add Additional Time.
