Terms and Conditions

  • Turn Around Time
Standard turn around time for most orders is 7-14 days from the time we receive both your deposit and the approval of your proof. This does not include ship time. Some types of prints may take longer, such as Full Color Process and Oversized prints. Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order. 
  • Minimums:
We require a minimum of 24 pieces per design and garment style/color. A minimum of 24 pieces is also required per color way. Ink changes are available on orders over 50 pieces for a cost of $15 per color change. 
  • Payment:
A deposit of 50% must be made prior to your order being printed. Once an order is complete we will bill you for the balance before shipping your order.
  • Art Guidelines
All Art must be submitted at 300dpi resolution or higher and sized to actual print size. Vector files are preferred. Acceptable formats are EPS, PSD, AI, and PDF.
*Remember good art = good print, bad art = bad print.  
  • Art Approval:
For each order Legacy Merch will submit a proof for customer approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, Legacy Merch will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer.  
  • Manufacture Out of Stocks
Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes Legacy Merch does not stock blank garments. From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock on ordered items. Legacy Merch will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options.
  • Manufacture Defects
We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade or construction.  We suggest ordering extra garments to account for such defects.
  • Color Matching
For exact color matches please request Pantone Matched colors. Pantone color matches are available for $15.00 per color. DISCHARGE & WATERBASED COLOR MATCHES CAN NOT BE GUARANTEED. 
  • Print Location & Print Size
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size. If no details are provided Legacy Merch will print in standard locations (ex: Chest Print, Print to start 2’’ inches below bottom of collar). 
  • Over & Under Run 
Legacy Merch will not be held responsible for an under run of up to 3% of the order total. Upon order completion your invoice will be adjusted to reflect the final number of garments if necessary and you will be billed based on final quantities. We strongly suggest ordering extras if you need exact quantities. 
  • Over Zipper & Seam Prints
Printing over zippers and seams will never produce a 'perfect' print. Returns and reprints will not be issued for these services.
  • Water Based & Discharge Prints
Discharge and Water based prints are available only on 100% cotton garments. Due to the inconsistent nature of discharge printing Legacy Merch will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds for this service.
  • Order Cancellation
In the even that an order is cancelled by a customer the refund will be based on the status of the order. Depending order status the customer may have to pay a restocking fee or for the garments themselves. If the order is completed no refund will be issued
  • Returns
At Legacy Merch we stand behind our work. We do not offer refunds, but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake has found. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your order. Once we are notified we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner. If it is determined that you need to return products to Legacy Merch for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered. If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.
